We are licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a mold assessment company, an asbestos consulting agency and a lead firm, with licensed personnel on staff in every category. That matters on a project, because Texas requires a specific individual license for each role and we do not have to stop and find a subcontractor who holds one.

Do I need an asbestos survey before renovating or demolishing a building in Texas?
Yes, in most cases. Before any renovation or dismantling within a public building, commercial building or facility, including preparation for partial or complete demolition, the owner must have a thorough asbestos survey performed. This is required under 40 CFR §61.145, and a copy of the survey report must be produced on request by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
How quickly can ESESIS get to my property?

How long do lab results take?
Next-day lab results are available. Post-remediation testing and indoor air quality samples turn around in 24 hours unless otherwise indicated, and cultured sample analysis is also available.
Does lead-based paint testing damage my walls?
Usually not. We own a Heuresis Pb200i handheld XRF lead paint analyzer, which lets us test with minimal damage and in most cases no damage at all, with immediate verbal results on site. Final written reporting follows in roughly seven working days.

No, and that is deliberate. We are consultants, which means we can act as your unbiased representative, help you select a quality abatement contractor at a competitive price, and then provide project management and air monitoring from start to finish.
