HISTORY

ESESIS Environmental Partners, Corporation's roots go back to 1992 in serving as an environmental consulting firm.

The company is uniquely qualified to provide assistance with legislative compliance including, but not limited to, asbestos, lead paint and mold. We continue our education in each area as new legislation is enacted or the interpretation of existing laws change. Furthermore, we keep abreast of the latest technology to assure our clients the most cost effective and timely compliance.

Through the efforts of our founder Charles Thorn, ESESIS has built a reputation as one of the finest Environmental Consulting firms in the state of Texas. In 2010, Mr. Thorn decided to retire and ESESIS Environmental Partners, Corp was formed by his loyal and experienced employees: Chad Cole, Charlie Staffeld and Christopher Bolton. We continue to serve our clients with the same courtesy, expertise and personal attention to each individual in the tradition of Mr. Thorn’s leadership. ESESIS Environmental Partners Corp continues under the leadership of three diversified partners experienced in the areas of Asbestos, Mold, Indoor Air Quality, Lead Based Paint and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments. We look forward to advising and helping in any aspect of environmental consulting that you may require.

ESESIS Environmental Partners, Corp. is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Mold Assessment Company, Asbestos Consulting Agency, and a Lead Firm. In addition, the professionals at ESESIS have a 75 years of combined experience in construction, environmental and private sector projects and can provide you with a knowledgeable representative to assist you in your needs.

ESESIS has successfully completed projects for various school districts, cities, counties, state entities as well as in the private sector having conducted projects in commercial and industrial sites, multi-family and retail areas.
